A sewage backup rising in a basement floor drain, repeated backups every time the washer runs, or a foul smell in the yard that won't go away — sewer line problems escalate fast and rarely resolve on their own. Our New London sewer team camera-inspects before recommending any repair.
No sewer repair is recommended without first confirming the cause on camera.
We evaluate whether trenchless lining is viable before defaulting to a full dig-up.
Every technician on a sewer job is licensed and insured for underground utility work.
A sewage backup gets priority dispatch since it's both a health concern and an active property damage risk.
These are the sewer line issues we see most across New London, NH, each requiring a different repair approach.
A waterproof camera is run the full length of the line to locate breaks, root intrusion, or bellied sections.
Lining is often viable for cracked or root-damaged pipe that hasn't fully collapsed.
Root removal alone sometimes isn't enough if roots have already cracked the pipe — we check both.
When a section has collapsed or is too damaged for lining, we replace it, minimizing excavation to the affected section where possible.
We prioritize stopping the active backup first, then diagnose the root cause afterward.
A maintenance plan on a problem main line can prevent repeat emergency calls.
Describe the symptoms to dispatch — a single backup versus recurring issues changes how the visit is scheduled.
A technician with camera equipment is routed to New London, ready to inspect the line on arrival.
You'll get a written price for the recommended repair — lining, spot repair, or replacement — before work begins.
